Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with Soldiers of God Clothing (“we,” “us,” “our”). Because many of our items are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than big-box stores—please read the details below.

1) Returns & Exchanges (Made-to-Order Items)

Most items are printed/made specifically for you once you order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Changed mind / no longer want the item

  • Ordering the wrong color or style

Please double-check the size chart and product details before ordering.

2) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (and packaging if damaged)

3) Missing Packages / Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package is:

  • Marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, or

  • Stuck in transit for an extended period

Contact us at soldiersofgodchristianapparel@gmail.com and we’ll help you file a carrier claim and review next steps. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

4) Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address you entered at checkout, you may be responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs, and/or

  • A partial refund (if a refund is possible) minus shipping/handling fees

If you notice an address mistake, email us immediately. We can’t guarantee changes once production starts or the order ships.

5) Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

6) Cancellations / Order Changes

Because orders often begin processing quickly, we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes. If you email us within 6 hours of placing the order, we’ll do our best to help, but once an item is in production it may not be possible to cancel or edit.

7) Exchanges (If Approved)

If we approve an exchange due to defect/damage/wrong item, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
